1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Perishable goods, such as fresh food, dairy, and frozen items, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or have expired.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh produce
  • Dairy and frozen items
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Gift cards and promotional items

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–7 business days].
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
